Its sweetness combines in a pleasant and original way with the acidulous note of the Sicilian lemon. The semi candied lemon peel and the lemon paste combine in a surprising balance with the almond paste and pieces of fine white chocolate.
The almond glaze is finely decorated with sweet caramelized meringue nuggets for a crumbly crispness.
