Description
Fant for minced meat sticks and hamburgers is prepared from a selected blend of spices and dehydrated vegetables which provide dishes with a delicious taste, making food preparation fast and easy. It not only replaces all supplements in some meat meals, but can be used as a refined complement to all minced meat dishes and in different combinations.
Ingredients: Dried onion, table salt, bread crumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), garlic, wheat flour, powder eggs, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), black pepper, dried red pepper, corn starch, marjoram, hydrogenated herbal fat. May contain milk and celery in trace amounts.
Usage: For 4 - 6 servings add 500 g of minced meat.
Preparation: Stir the bag contents with 70 ml of lukewarm water and let stand for a few minutes. Add 500 g of minced meat to the prepared mixture and stir well. Shape meat sticks or hamburgers and bake them on barbecue or in a pan.
